I had booked my ticket from Jabalpur to Delhi for *th February. At the time of departure from Jabalpur flight was delayed for more than *hours, then I have been given this receipt for cancellation of flight tickets by AirIndia Staff and I have been told that will receive the refund for the same soon.

But its five months now since I have been chasing Paytm support team on paytm care app, emails & calls to customer care for the same but not received any positive response.
i have no idea when i will receive my refund back.
i tried contacting the air India team but they refused to help as I had booked my ticket through Paytm app.
please help me get my hard-earned money.
i am in urgent need of money.
