Paytm - Flight ticket not refunded cancelled due to corona lockdown

i booked a flight ticket in paytm for ** april **** and ** april **** round ticket which is around ***** rupees for my mom from banglore to dubai and dubai to banglore .the flight got cancelled by emirates airlines and i havent got refund so i called then asking for full refund. after * months i got ****rs then after * months i got ****rs after calling weekly once still i got only partial amount after * year still **** rs was pending now it has been * years and * months they are not refunding **** rs from past * months i am calling daily still paytm customer care executives are saying we will refund asap and also they are not telling exact date when they will refund i am getting frustated
