Vivek Kumar Singh filed complaint against Make my trip on Mar 14, 2021
I booked an online ticket using MakeMyTrip app on **th March, **** at *:** PM. Ticket booked for the flight with number AirAsia I* | *** from Goa (**:**) to Mumbai (**:**) through Mobikwik. The transaction has been successful on the end of the bank. Total Amount of **** Rs. deducted from my account.
After the entire transaction, before redirecting to the company site it showed transaction failed. But the amount got deducted from my account. I have not received anything on the company site. No ticket, no booking ID as after the entire transaction it simply redirected to home page and not to ticket page. The company has an automated system and asks for booking ID which I did not receive since I did not get any ticket.
Please look into the matter and refund the amount.
