Spice Jet - Flight Ticket Compensation

My Spice Jet flight was booked from Delhi to Darbhanga on *th aug **** **pm to **.** pm with below PNRs:

KG**TQ
G*YU*Y

On arrival at airport I was informed that the flight is booked completely and they are ready to compensate the journey in PATNA flight and this happened after * hour of chaos.

There were no support and empathy . they just rejected us saying get your flights tomorrow , we are not entitled for these changes .

I was travelling with my wife,brother and *.* year old baby and it was very hectic to handle the situation.

I have been provided tickets to Patna at *.** PM WITH below PNR :

LH*DWN
G*YU*Y

I am promised a ***% compensation on the base fare.

This is really harassing for me as I have already suffered this much delay when I have to reach to Bihar for my grandfathers cremation.

I had to travel ***kms more from Patna to my local village to reach for the final rites
