PayTM - Flight ticket cancellation

I have booked a flight ticket through Paytm and before * hours I called Paytm to cancel the ticket or reschedule but they have told me I should have called * hours before and they refused it. I called airline AirAsia and asked them to reschedule the flight which they did and I paid more amount to AirAsia later Paytm cancel my new booking by filling a form. They refunded some cancel amount according to the first flight, not the one which I have rescheduled. Paytm never booked this ticket they have used some third party Cleartrip and Cleartrip person filled an eform and cancel this booking without even informing me and I was waiting at the airport and Airport executives informed me about this and I had to book another ticket urgently which cost me more than anything. Now they are not refunded the money. Cleartrip refusing that Paytm called them or Cleartrip cancelled this. AirAsia claims that Cleartrip has done it. Please help.
