It's been over a week since i tried booking a flight through make my trip portal on Flipkart . The total amount after discount to be paid was Rs. ****. I made the payment but the transaction was unsuccessful. They told me that refund would be made to the bank account within * days . i had booked the ticket on ** jan and it's already *th jan and yet every second day they keep asking for ** hrs more.
Now, since the transaction failed , i tried to book the ticket again ,this time it was showing a flat discount of Rs. **** on payment using axis card, on the payment page the amount shown after discount was supposed to be ****, and then after entering the OTP, the amount deducted was Rs.****, and still they have been telling me it was a facebook glitch and they're working on resolving the issue. but no resolution as of yet.I am attaching a screenshot of the offer with this.
