AirAsia - Flight rescheduling without fine not issued for Genuine Reason

I've booked * air tickets for me and my family to fly to visit our relatives from Cochin to Delhi and return on dates **-**-**** and **-**-****. However my brother is studying in **th standard and his Main Semester * exam and been postponed from **th November to **th December which are in between our flight dates. Due to this reason we couldn't catch our flight on the mentioned dates. I then sent them a mail requesting a rescheduling in our flight dates to **-**-**** and **-**-****. After *-* days they replied me with an email requesting the documents proving the exam date change and relationship with me and the remaining travellers . I've sent the requested documents and after conversing with them for * weeks time they replied with an email stating that they are unable to comply with my request for free rescheduling and assure me no discourtesy is intended. And they are charging **** INR per traveller for date change + fare difference of new flight (which we are ready to pay).
I requested them for a contact number (mobile number) of their executives for direct conversation but they're not giving any.
I hope you help me with further instructions and solutions for this case as my reasons are genuine.
