Vasundhara Bissa filed complaint against Agoda on Jul 29, 2022
On *th July , I booked my flight ticket from Mangalore to Pune and paid the amount.
Amount got debited from bank and Post payment confirmation from Agoda page showed: "Thank you for your Payment. This is your booking ID. An email confirmation will be sent to you within ** minutes."
So ** minutes never happened, that booking ID is no where valid or showing any details, all wrong customer care contact number, no revert of email and I lost my money.
This was my first experience with Agoda as well as big mistake.
All I need is someone to connect with and return my refund.
And please have some customer advocacy to provide right contact number to connect with.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
