I have done a reservation with EaseMyTrip and my flight ticket got canceled due to the COVID situation. The airlines through which I booked the ticket (American Airlines) promptly refunded the amount and it has been more than * months now and EaseMyTrip keeps on saying that they are still waiting on the refund despite me showing proof of the refund from the airline.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
