I have booked * ticket on VISTARA UK*** from yatra.com.On **th November ****, I was scheduled to fly with VISTARA UK*** from Cochin (COK) to DELHI (DEL). However, I developed symptoms of covid ** on **th November ****, and proactively took a test and found COVID positive. I have informed the same to the Vistara customer care and they have cancelled the ticket. Vistara Airlines team has given full refund for the ticket due to the medical emergency.
The flight ticket was booked with yatra cancellation protect and the refund amount **** rupees offered is very less than the booking amount of ****.
I am eligible for a full refund, as airline has provided the full amount as refund. Please see the attached screenshot for reference. The amount promised by Yatra when I took yatra cancellation protect was **** rupees. So altogether I am losing **** rupees from my booking amount, as a result of a COVID sicknesses (with a cancellation protection plan!!!). I was expecting atleast **** rupees to be refunded from Yatra (the amount refunded by airlines).

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
