I had planned my honeymoon package from Mumbai to Mauritius from March * to March *. Due to unknown issues from the airlines, we were asked to travel on March *, *:** am. I booked my flight through MakeMyTrip, they are responsible and accountable to update me on the latest flight status if the flights are cancelled. If I was informed * day before, I could have spoken to my travel agency and altered my stay plans but MMT did not inform me of the flight cancellation. If we cancel the flight booked from MMT, they levy their own cancellation charges but why in this case they are not taking any responsibility? I need * day of my expenses to be reimbursed as a part of compensation. I have forwarded my complete invoice for the * days stay in Mauritius. Requesting help to get my money reimbursed as they do not even have any grievance policy.
