I booked a travel from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar with my mother in AirAsia Flight. Date **th Jan ****.
This was pre-planned and also considering all Covid precautions and Safety measures.
AirAsia has cancelled the flight and they did not bother to inform the passenger. I only found out when I opened the website to take a printout of ticket and getting ready for RTPCR test.
Airline is offering a flight with * hours lay over at Pune, reaches destination after * hours OR another direct flight within ** days. Bothe options will not work due to Covid situation.
The new price for same day or within * days has become * times higher and Airline is pushing me to cancel the ticket.
Need your help to get it compensated from Airline and stop repeating this kind of issues for passengers.
