Goibibio - Flight cancelled no response from travel agency

Dear sir/madam,
I booked a flight ticket using goibibo from Bengaluru to Hyderabad with PNR no:G**AB* on **th July ****.I did my payment and got confirmation details,but airlines cancelled the flight.I didnot receive any msg from goibibo and moreover when tried to enquire about my problem,no good response from goibibo and everytime I am getting answers from computer generated messages but nothing else.No information regarding flight cancellation and money refund
My journey date over still I didnot receive any update.I tried to call/fill online form,no positive response except corona situation messages.
I never expected this from goibibo.This is frustating and felt like lost my money with no mistake of mine
Please look into this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.
