Gotogate - Flight Cancelled by Vistara Airlines against full refund but GoToGate is harrasing customers for ref

This is with reference to Booking Number KVG*QL.
The Vistara Airlines has cancelled the Airlines and processed the full refund but the ticket booking Company GoToGate is harassing customers by deducting administrative charges of Rs **** + GST that too after ** days which is totally insane as i end up loosing **% of the amount without even availing any services.
This is completely unacceptable as it is the Harassment for the customer who one hand is getting harassed as his flight got cancelled and on the other hand a monetary loss which these fraud companies are imposing.
Kindly save me and help me in getting my full refund of Rs *,***.
