happyfares - Flight cancelled by the airline and happyfares not providing full refund

My disappointment and concern regarding the recent experience for the flight cancellation experienced on **-**-**** for SG-** (Reference Number HBCCDAVV) booked under the name Deepak Tyagi and One more.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the airline, Spice Jet, cancelled the flight, which has caused disruptions to my travel plans and feels like harassment, given me haddock to arrange everything in new way. The unexpected cancellation resulted in unavoidable expenses, including travel costs, hotel booking, and food expenses.
Now, while I am asking for full refund they have provided me Rs.*****-/ since i had spent Rs. **,***-/ on the ticket at the booking timing.
Even they have not provided me any alternate option during that time.
