had a flight booked on ** May ****, PNR OE***O (Dehradun-Delhi-Pune), which got cancelled due to covid-** impact and the amount was credited into a credit shell.
I tried to rescheduled the flight from Makemytrip on ** Oct but there was no option to reschedule it for Vistara flights (the onward (Pune-Delhi-Dehradun) Spicejet flight had the option so I rescheduled from MakeMyTrip only) so I rescheduled by directly calling the Vistara agent on ** Oct, and rescheduled it for ** Nov.
On *rd Nov, when I called to ask about the web check in, the Vistara agent informed me the ticket got cancelled by Makemytrip. I have immediately raised a claim for the refund for Dehradun-Delhi-Pune flight that day. Yesterday, I got a text message that my SpiceJet ticket has already been exchanged, but in reality I raised the refund claim for Vistara flight, not SpiceJet flight.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
