Makemytrip - Flight cancelled by Jet airways

Booking ID: NN************* via make my trip.
I have done booking on Feb *, ****, at *:** PM. To and Fro from Belgium to Bangalore.
Jet Airways flight had canceled. To date, after doing multiple follow-ups I received no refund.
Could you help me have my money back, please?
