Hello,
I have booked a flight from Bangalore to Patna for **th April **** in spicejet airlines from Yatra.com. Flight got cancelled due to covid**. As per spicejet they have refunded the full amount to yatra on **th may ****. I have emailed and asked yatra to refund the full amount but they are dragging saying we need time. Every email they extend by ** days.
Please help.
