Spice Jet - Flight Cancellation

Dear Sir, We recently travelled to Tamilnadu on personal trip along with my family through SVR Tours and Travels, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. Our return journey was on **-Oct-****, Saturday from Madurai to Hyd thru SPICEJET (SG****) at **:** Hrs. But just * hrs before they announced the flight was cancelled and will arrange the next connecting flight via Chennai. As we have no cooling period to check for any better flight we accepted their offer and travelled thru the next flight which is having **-Hr layour time in Chennai. We suffered a lot of inconvenience with sudden cancellation of flight and the longer layour at Chennai airport. Pls consider our request and do the justice for our inconvenience.
