Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Flight Cancellation Refund

have booked JetAirways flight of Rs **** from MakeMyTrip on **Feb**** with booking Id NF**** ** ******** and the Flight got cancelled by the JetAirways and now it's been more than a year I did not get the refund from the MakeMyTrip. Whenever I am calling them they are telling that they did not get the update from JetAirways and due to that they need more time. I have booked the flight from the MakeMyTrip and it is their responsibility to provide the refund on this. This is not expected from the MakeMyTrip as this type of services they are providing to their customers. It's better to not trust them and avoid booking flights from here and book the flight from other sources.
