Yatra - Flight Cancellation Refund delay by Yatra

I regret * say Yatra.com has been taking undue advantage of our understanding and patience in present situation and delaying the rightful refunds even after ** days. Here is the sequence of events

*. We have international travel flights booked through Yatra for travel in April
*. Around **th March the flights got cancelled by Lufthansa.
*. We contacted Yatra, they said they would process full refund, less the convenience fees.
*. From mid March until today i have written to them almost umpteen times. There is only one canned response that i receive every time ,saying Airline is delaying refund.
*. I contacted Lufthansa, they said they cant provide info on Travel Agent refund status
However, they said if you would have booked through us, we would refund your amount the very same day, we receive the cancellation and refund request.
*. And here is Yatra. There is no transparency about refund. No status update. No details about what Airline has specifically responded. All i get is a canned response excusing the Covid-** situation and delay in refund from Lufthansa end.

Yatra phone lines do not work. I wrote * yatra management too, no response.
Hereby request Yatra to kindly prioritize requests which are made **+ days ago and kindly expedite its refund as it is more than ** days.
