I book a flight from Osaka to Bengaluru on **.**.**** through Makemytrip website. Unfortunately, flight got canceled and they were not informed well in advance. Due to which I had to book another flight immediately which is much costlier.
And the refund process is not accepted by Makemytrip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
