Make My Trip Pvt Ltd - Flight booking cancelled without confirming me

Hello,

I had booked ticket on **th September **** via MakeMy Trip mobile app Booking I'D : "NN*************" for the date **th November **** Mumbai to London and back from Zurich to Mumbai on **th November ****...for my honeymoon package.
Booking was confirmed...which was non refundable from turkish airlines......

As London UK visa takes time we decided to change the plan to visit only schengen countries only... Lets not make it time consuming for visa to come as UK visa takes time... My flight on **th November **** was Mumbai to instanbul layover time then instanbul to London.... Return flight was **th November **** from Zurich to Istanbul and instanbul to Mumbai....i wanted to reroute flight from instanbul to Amsterdam instead of instanbul to London which needed UK visa.


So i tired rescheduling my flight which did not happen...on mobile app... That didn't got processed...

i clicked on partial cancel /cancel flight... Then clicked on

Selecting change of travel plan..

Then i clicked on the flight which i wanted to cancel ... Selected the people ... Proceeded


Then last page showed.. If your ticket is non refund able we can not give estimate for refund amount (And estimate didn't showed ).... In next ** hours our customer care executive will call you to confirm the cancellation then only it can be done .... Then around *.** a.m. On **th October **** I got email.. ... Which i read in the morning. ... Your cancellation is being prosessed ... Our customer care executive will call you for the updating and confirmation .... AND mmt official website sent me a mail we contacted you on your registered no but we could not get any response... This is total lie... I did not got any call.... Miss call... Text message... form mmt for cancellation confirmation.... They are saying complete lie with ** minutes my whole flight they cancelled which i had booked with them (amount shown for refund which is already processed is Rs *****...total ticket cost was Rs *****/- the refund amount is Rs *****/- lesser than my booking amount that too before total of one month nine days before the flight) .. Even after clicking on partial cancel... I was waiting for the call but they directly cancelled my whole confirmed booking without confirming me... Saying we could not got any response from you... Whereas actually they didn't contacted me what my query is.... ... They had said in email they will contact me but they did not... Because of this I am in Financial crunch (as i can not book another flight tickets... Hotel tickets...) , emotionally and mentally drained.... I want my flight booking to be same with my desired reroute to Amsterdam without my cashback which was Rs *****/- which was promised while booking of ticket... I am still waiting for my cashback its been more than one month ....as this honeymoon flight booking part was very draining and frustrating... Unprofessional... Unfair... I hope this issue gets resolved by tomorrow evening... As i booked hotels sightseeing it will be enormous loss to me ....which will be unforgettable...


Please do the needful...

Please take swift action...

Timely action will make my dream honeymoon to be memorable..
