Rahul Illa filed complaint against Act Fibernet on Jun 11, 2019
I have filed an act ticket opened on *th June for loss of internet connection. The ticket was expected to resolved by ninth June but it didn't,neither there isn't an update on ticket. The common answer I receive from call center is 'we will followup' .Gone are my five days without the internet at home.The more frustrating thing is there aren't any updates or comments in ticket since * days.why is such irresponsibility towards the tickets ?there are people who work from their home and dependent on internet and why is the SLA breached ?
