Subject: Complaint Regarding Unjust Refund Denial
Dear FirstCry Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent return request (order id *******YDF****C** dated **th November, *******KOH******E dated ** December and ).The pickup for the returned product was conducted by your authorized personnel, who performed the necessary quality checks before accepting the product.
Despite this, I was later informed that the refund has been denied on the grounds that the product received by your team is incorrect. This is unacceptable, as your process includes a mandatory quality check at the time of pickup to avoid such discrepancies.
Additionally, I requested proof to substantiate this claim, but I have not received any response or evidence from your end. This lack of transparency is highly unprofessional and does not align with the trust I have in FirstCry as a customer.
I kindly request the following:
*. Immediate resolution of this issue and the processing of the refund I am entitled to.
*. A detailed explanation regarding the claim made by your team.
*. A copy of the quality check report or any other proof that led to this decision.
If this matter is not resolved at the earliest, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
