Fire Boltt Supreme smartwatch replaced * times already but fails with same problem within **-** days. Fire Boltt denies sending any different product replacement of same price and also denies a home pick up saying our policy has changed now, which means for every replacement customer needs to go to service centre, wait for **-** days for replacement to arrive which eventually fails in ** days. Full and final resolution is needed on this with full money refund instead of any further replacements. Enough chances have been given to the company to prove that their products are worth it, but seems from multiple failing smartwatches, their entire ecosystem is bad.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
