I am using Fire Bolt Ring * smart watch and last two weeks back the display is not working properly and its showing Black out. I have contact Fire Bolt customer care and they asked me to produce the Invoice PDF format. There after i have contacted Vendor and they send me the Invoice in pdf format, i have given the details to Fire bolt team.
Later they asked me to send out the video and even i send the video for their to check the details.
Till today i didn't get any positive reply on this and even they are saying its broken and there is no issues external area, only inside part is broken.
Even no one can find out the external issues even though i have put the screen guard for protection.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
