I placed an order on July **th through zomato app with V* midnight dhabaha. First initial order no: ********** has processed the payment from bank account but received a confirmation due to payment failure order cancelled. Immediately placed a new order paid the amount via Google pay and received a confirmation. After ** mins received a call from Zomato asking about confirmation that both orders are confirmed. Not sure how can they say that. Asked them to return my payment for the first transaction. They asked me to contact the support team. I sent them an email and did a chat with them. On chat, they said it's a payment failure and so you will get the refund in ** hours for the first transaction. Simultaneously from support team via email they said we don't have any kind of refund policy for cancelled ordered. I don't understand why two different answers given by the same company. Moreover not really with there service. No contact number to reach and speak with them. Someone should take action on this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
