DTDC - Financial Loss due to Delay in Package delivery by DTDC

Documents related to LIC and Mutual Fund was couriered on *nd Oct via DTDC from Nizampet, Hyderabad for Jamshedpur Pincode: ****** with a charge of Rs ***. DTDC was preferred over Indian POST, as Parcel was supposed to reach by Tuesday to destination and Wednesday that can be submitted so that I can receive money of ****** from LIC but Parcel was delayed and sent to Patna, Bihar even if the state as "Jharkhand" was clearly mentioned. the parcel is Patna for almost *-* days and still show in Transit to Jamshedpur. when inquired over phone w.r.t delayed on DTDC helpline ********** CSR disconnected the call. when to send mail to customer support, No response received. This delay in the parcel has caused me mentally and financially.
