Kent stated in water purifier product page that filter change alarm alerts us for replacing the new filter. That is one of the main reason for opting Kent water purifier. I was completely dependent on the alarm. At last without alarm, Kent water purifier has stopped . Then I called technician for repair, the technician said all the filters and motor were damaged completely and have to be replaced with new Items. This lost due to non-functioning of the Filter change alarm.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
