I have an active AMC for my Aquaguard Classic+ water filter, which was purchased ** years ago.
Every year AMC is getting renewed. I jaf renewed the same pn **.**.****.
I had raised a service request on the same day as ty he filter is not working. With repeated requests over phone one technician came pn **.**.** and demanded money from me for even touching the filter. I told him that I have a live AMC, he quarrelled with me and said he came only just to see the filter and not to do any repair or replacement.
I tried to contact your Customer care repeatedly at least ten times, but no one attending.
I have to boil the water for drinking for the last three days. I can provide you only call and other evidence from the Eureka Forbes mobile booking evidence. As I have already paid Rs ****/- towards renewal of the AMC on **.**.**, I am in great trouble on how to resolve the issue as nobody is responding from Eureka Forbes side.
