I ordered airtel fibre connection on **th september **** and the person has taken ****₹ via online portal of airtel. He promised me sooner installation of the process but till date installation of airtel fibre has not been done, neither i received any call from airtel.
I am affected very greatly as my work is all over the internet. and daily i make * or * calls to airtel customer care at number *** from airtel phone, i also message them through messenger of facebook, tweets were also made on tweeter and emails are also done on nodal.upwest@in.airtel.com but still no resolution is made. i have wasted a lot of time in this. and now i have asked for refund but still no response from them is received. my concentration in my work is all gone thinking about all this and wasting my time in all this
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
