EUREKA FORBES LIMITED - Faulty WaterPurifier Aquaguad

We have purchased Aquaguad water purifier which was given defective to us. Sales person Mr. Pandey mobile no ********** . He has visited our office and suggested us to buy this product on following promises that its the best product for our office and also promised that no cockroaches can enter the product which both are false as the product is for domestic (house used) as per the service head. *) *st Product delivery came on **th August to **st august and when tried to install it came out t be defective (Defective product no CA-****-*********). Replaced product no (CA-****-*********) which was later installed by in September ****. *) there after product was serviced * time as it was giving lots of issues. which their service technician came and did it on promise that everything is solved which as false as it was still giving issues *) found lots of cockroaches entering the product which was more dangerous for health *) on February **** the product completely stopped working on visit they said FILTER is chocked up and needs to be replaced and is chargeable which i did not accept it as in January **** it was serviced they how can product get chocked up in just * month time *) on arguing they said your usage could be more and also its a domestic product to be used at home and you are using in office. *) As per them the filter should work for minimum * months and max * year but in just * months (working days for office and minus the days it did not work) it got chocked up *) They are not ready to listen and just close all tickets that untill payment is not made filter cannot be changed and its their company policy My arguments *) First the sales person has made false promises and also why a domestic product sold to us *) Even if they change the filter how can i trust the company when their attitude of sales and service people are such that they dont care.. so what later on we dont know they will support or not *) We are buying the product for our safety and clean drinking water which is not delivered by them and nor we cannot trust it Hence we are asking for refund of our product
