I bought Fire-Boltt Phoenix Smart Watch on **st March ****. After * months display stopped working so replacement was provided. Again after * month the display stopped working. So the smartwatch was picked up but no replacement is provided stating product unavailable. I have even suggested alternate model as replacement but there is no update from their end despite contacting multiple times. Now I don't want any product from Fireboltt. Refund back the amount of Rs. **** to my UPI id/ bank account or else issue amazon voucher worth Rs. ****.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
