Jio Mart Reliance Retail - Faulty Product Received Return not processed

I have order semi-automatic washing machine online from Jio Mart and received the product on ** Dec ****. After checking product i found that product was faulty so i raised return request on ** Dec **** with photos and videos of defect. On JioMart application it was showing that return request will be processed within ** hours but its been * days and no response or update received from them. I have complained over email / call as well as escalated to escalation desk but still no update till date. I have lost ~**** Rs. in this Jio scam. Unethical company and harassing people everyday.
