Jio Mart Reliance Retail - Package delayed and then cancelled by them after 4 days

I ordered kitchen items from jio mart on *nd July OrderID# *****************A. They informed on *th & *th that it will be deliver on that day. I required that stuff on *th July but they didn't deliver. On *th night they sent message that they are unable to deliver. Due to this we couldn't purchase that stuff and I missed the money, saving deals and bank coupon also. Please help to get the refund and compensation.
