Godrej Interio - Faulty product delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered a modular kitchen on **rd August **** which I received on January **th **** worth Rs *,**,*** from ''The Kitchen Story'' located at Guwahati, Assam. When the technician came for installation on April **** they found out that some of the parts like soft close hinge of glass cabinet, soft close chanel of spice pullout and premia waste bin are missing. Later they confessed that they forgot to order these parts. Now after multiple calls and visits to their showroom, they ordered only the waste bin and chanel which they installed on *th July ****. The last part which is the soft close hinge is still not installed and when I asked them about it they are saying that I have to pay extra money for that. For the past * months, I've been requesting them to get my kitchen completed but they are just extending their timeline and now from last week they are asking me for some extra money. Moreover they are not providing me the warranty card.

this matter and help me out. Thank you.
