Bajaj Auto - Faulty New Bajaj Avenger and Poor Service at Green Bajaj Showroom Faridabad

I recently purchased a new Bajaj Avenger *** Street bike from Green Bajaj showroom in Faridabad on October **, ****, and my experience has been nothing short of distressing. Upon delivery, I noticed the bike had already been driven **-** km, which I was told was just a “test run.” However, shortly after, I discovered multiple issues: faulty ABS, defective chain set, inaccurate fuel gauge, malfunctioning speedometer, and a misaligned panel.

When I requested a replacement, the showroom staff continuously delayed, first asking me to return after Bhaidooj and then claiming unavailability of mechanics. On multiple visits, mechanics confirmed these issues but failed to take action. I also raised a complaint with customer care, but follow-up was neglected.

I am now left with a defective bike and an overwhelming sense of frustration. I am calling on Bajaj to address these issues urgently or replace the bike entirely. I would urge prospective customers to be cautious when dealing with this showroom.
