Flipkart - Faulty item not getting Retrun

I got this toy guns, on *nd May, same day I found these toy guns are faulty and raise the return request, which got approved too, they said it will picked up by * rd may, on *th they are saying it won't be pick up before **th May, me and my family is moving srilanka for * months, no refund ao far , I have told them nobody will be there at home post * pm today
