Jeeves And Flipkart - Faulty installation ac not working no support

I bought Sansui ac from Flipkart. Jeeves as usual handles all installation for Flipkart Acs no matter how irresponsible, and worst company they are.
Jeeves technician Bhadresh handled my installation. Within * months Ac stopped cooling.
I contacted Flipkart , they asked me to contact Brand Sansui. They simply emailed that ticket is generated for technician visit but it's been * days no calls, no visits yet.
I even contacted Bhadresh from Jeeves to help me in these trouble( as I paid him even extra perks for any urgent support required), he said he will take care but neither he visited nor he ever responded calls . I am getting no support , no resolution. I even have * years extended warranty but this ac is just * months old and this is what am going through already.
