Arjit filed complaint against Realme on Jun 18, 2021
Hey!
I received my brand new realme * a few days ago . The very first day, I started noticing sound lag problem while gaming using bluetooth neckband of different brands. Later I noticed call network issues while I am calling someone. I reported this to realme customer care. They started giving me some advices to try doing this ... That etc. I tried all those stuff and they gave me service center number which was not picking my phone. Doing this, they made me pass days and my phone is no more in replacement policy. I contacted them so many times and they always say same thing like sorry , pls contact service centres, this that. They are doing nothing and asking the customer to do everything. Either I want a replacement or my refund back..
