Amazon India - Faulty and defective tyre delivered

I ordered for * tyre from Amazon and the order Id is ***-*******-******* which got delivered on **th October and they delivered only * tyres and the delivery person mentioned that it may come in another package I raised a complaint immediately after the delivery and I was told that a complaint has been registered and will be investigated and asked me to wait for * days the *th day when called the complaint was closed stating that the tyres were delivered which I did not receive and again called customer support several times and was asked to wait for another * days and told that what i ordered was delivered and no further assistance possible one of the person from the leadership team called Karthick was just telling about the procedure and rudely disconnected the call when asked for confirmation I have attached the pictures of the tyres that I received please help me to get the hard earned money back from Amazon.
