Paytm - Fastag not even shipped after 15 days

I have ordered a fastag on paytm on * dec ****, with order number **********
Expected delivery was on * th dec ****, as per the current status its still showing that the order is submitted but not shipped yet. Even after ** days no update on the status, either am not able to cancel the order. No one from the paytm support team are responding on the call . After being getting in the queue to longer time after multiple attempts still not able to receive any update.. where to go and whom shoul be conatct, even the query is submitted via **** issue ticket but no respond on it also since last * days
