PayTM - Fastag not delivered

I had ordered for a fastag as on **th of Dec **** by paying Rs ***, subsequently on **th of Dec I received an SMS stating my delivery will be done. I called up the number as the fastag was not delivered and it was ringing off nobody picked my call.

To my surprise in the Paytm app I saw the item is delivered, and I have not received it yet.

I called up paytm fastag customer care nobody picked up the call, the I raised a query in Paytm app and Facebook but till date nobody is in a position to reply me its already ** days past. Now Paytm app is showing your query is resolved and closed. Need help to get a refund.
