I ordered fastag from payTM last november. And the delivery executive called me on dec * and told it will be delivered that day. But still i didn't get thr order. Multiple times i raised this complaint to PayTM and payTM fastag department. PayTM is not even caring my query, they are just tellinh to call payTM fastag department, the number which never gets connected. I wrote a mail complaint and they assured the item will get delivered in a week. But its been * weeks now and i didn't get the fastag. Where am i supposed to raise the complaint now?
