I ordered from Pizza Hut where one of the items was Pepsi. The item did not arrive with the Delivery. Hence i messaged customer care to request for refund. I paid Rs. **+taxes for the pepsi but Zomato only refunded rs. **. Call center says sorry but they cannot do anything about it. How is that an acceptable answer. Amount is not big at all but im just imagining how many people zomato must be Duping with these small amounts and thats how they are looking to grow everyday??
