Vikram filed complaint against Amazon India on Jan 1, 2019
Amazon wrongly accusing me to returning wrong package( cloths) in place of *** INR worth picture. I have returned correct package it’s Amazon or there agent which might messed up. Now amazon illegally locked my account along with amazon pay which hold * times more cash than disputed package along with my prime membership. Amazon revoke my limited access to account so I can’t even check the disputed order and file consumer complain aganist them. Amazon behaviour is completely illegal and unlawful and they are asking for package again which I have already returned.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
