The thing is this is my second furniture purchase through Amazon where seller is refusing to provide warranty support and Amazon is also fully supporting the same by refusing to provide support. Hence this time I want to lodge a complaint against Amazon and not the seller as we did last time as Amazon cannot deceive the consumer every single time
