Amazon India - False Statement About Refund

I have ordered a mobile phone( redmi note *) on **th Dec **** through Amazon.in. Its camera and charger is defective.
I had talked to Mr. Shubham R( Customer Care Executive) on **st Jan **** regarding refund of my money. He told me that our amazon's refund department will call you within * day and they will refund your money and you need to download an app smartcheck and your mobile will be checked. I have downloaded smart check resulting camera is defective. I did not get any call from Amazon .
After ** hours, i called them and they told me that we dont provide refund.We can only provide replacement. They changed their statement resulting cheating customers.
I am requesting to them to extract call recording for **st Dec **** to have conversation with Mr. Shubham but they are denying that we cant provide call deatail while they state that your call may be recorded for spcified purposes.
You are requested that kindly take necessary action against them and let my money refunded by Amazon.
