Make my trip - false promise that ticket is 100 refundable if cancelled

Hello,
I have called Make my trip to book the ticket on **/**/**** to Dubai and I had a word with a agent Rishi Jhawar (Extension # ****) and I asked to book a ticket which is ***% refundable, because I may change the plan after going to Dubai and may stay for long, he booked the ticket in Kuwait airways and he told that if wanted to cancel I can email it on his email address and he will quickly responses and he told that if I cancel the ticket it will be ***% refundable only charge would be ***/- for MMT and around *** for services, but when I cancelled that ticket I got charged and was reversed very less amount in my hand, I have a complete recording of that conversation, if you want I can share it.
I have emailed more than *** times to MMT and I have got a call from the agents but nobody was interested in helping me. everyone told they will check and will get back to me but no response.
I would never book ticket with MMT again and I have advised more than *** people and in all my whatsapp groups that not to book the ticket with MMT as they are fraud, I will put this same complaint on social media so that everyone needs to know how this company works.
Just * thing I want my money back what was promised. if you want the recording I can email it to you.
